Transcript: Guided Meditation to Manifest Your True Love

  1. Begin your breath meditation practice by sitting comfortably
  2. You can either sit comfortably on a chair or on a cushion in a semi lotus position.
  3. Place your open right hand on top of your open left hand.
  4. Let your left and right thumbs lightly touch each other.
  5. Imagine White Light coming down from the heavens, surrounding you, and protecting you.

At the end of this meditation, I will ring the singing bowl 3 times. This is to indicate to you that the meditation is ending.

  1. Take a deep breath in through your nostrils.
    Take as much air into your lungs as possible.
    Then slowly exhale.
    Focus on the air going in and out your nostrils.
  2. Take another deep breath in through your nostrils.
    Take as much air into your lungs as possible.
    Then slowly exhale.
    Focus on the air going in and out your nostrils.
  3. Once more, take another deep breath in through your nostrils.
    Take as much air into your lungs as possible.
    Then slowly exhale.
    Focus on the air going in and out your nostrils.
  4. Now, close your mouth.
    In your mouth, press your tongue gently against the hard palate that is just behind the row of front teeth at your upper jaw.
  5. If you have not done so by now, then gently close your eyes.
    Look at the back of your eyelids.
  6. By now, you should be breathing as you normally would.
    Keep breathing naturally.
  7. Next, we will start feeling the sensations of the body.
    This is an inward journey.
    It is done so that the mind does not get distracted and wander externally.
  8. Let’s start with your forehead.
    Take a deep breath in.
    As you exhale, release any tension there.
  9. Next, your eyes.
    Take a deep breath in.
    As you exhale, release any tension there.
  10. Next, your nose..
    Take a deep breath in.
    As you exhale, release any tension there.
  11. Next, your lips..
    Take a deep breath in.
    As you exhale, release any tension there.
  12. Next, your cheeks..
    Take a deep breath in.
    As you exhale, release any tension there.
  13. Next, your neck and shoulders..
    Take a deep breath in.
    As you exhale, release any tension there.
  14. Next, your arms..
    Take a deep breath in.
    As you exhale, release any tension there.
  15. Next, your upper chest..
    Take a deep breath in.
    As you exhale, release any tension there.
  16. Next, your lower chest..
    Take a deep breath in.
    As you exhale, release any tension there.
  17. Next, your hips..
    Take a deep breath in.
    As you exhale, release any tension there.
  18. Next, your legs..
    Take a deep breath in.
    As you exhale, release any tension there.
  19. With your entire body now relaxed, continue to breathe naturally.
    Do the entire breathing cycle naturally.
  20. Focus on one breathing cycle at a time.
  21. Now, focus on the phrase – I am so happy and grateful now that I am with my true love.
  22. Repeat the phrase 3 times.
  23. Feel your true love being with you. Your true love can look exactly how you would desire him or her to look like.
  24. Imagine living a wonderful and loving life with your true love.
  25. Be grateful for your true love being with you and think this thought – I am so happy and grateful that I am with my true love, and we have a wonderful and loving life together filled with love, joy, peace, harmony, safety, wealth, success and good health.
  26. Feel happy that this truth exists and is now in your life.
  27. This meditation will continue for another 10 to 15 minutes of silence.
  28. Continue to feel the happiness that your true love is already with you.
  29. Any time you get distracted by work, or negative thoughts, repeat the phrase – I am so happy and grateful that I am with my true love.
  30. Again, a gentle reminder, at the end of this meditation, I will ring the singing bowl 3 times.

This is to indicate to you that the meditation is ending.

And now, enjoy your meditation in silence.
