Why 30 Minutes Silent Meditation?
The silent part of this guided meditation is for you to enjoy the healing energies of Divine Love. The same energies you will bring in during the Flowing Love Meditation.
So, the idea is to allow the energies to keep flowing in to you during the silent part of this meditation. It is for the energies to continue to flow into you, and heal you.
There are other versions of this meditation with other silent meditation timings; for example 1 hour, 15 minutes, 10 minutes, etc. If you have more than an hour to spend, you can enjoy the meditation with 1 hour silent meditation. Or, if you have less time, then you can choose to do the Flowing Love Meditation with 15 minutes or 10 minutes silent meditation.
You can use the video above to guide you how to do the Flowing Love Meditation. Or, you can read the transcript to practice. Or, you can use both. It is all up to your preference.
Which Length of Silent Meditation to Choose?
Today, many people live a busy and hectic lifestyle. Especially those living in cities.
We wake as early as 4 am or 5 am. We either have breakfast at home or near our workplace. Then it is non stop grind from morning till evening. And the travel back home.
By the time we are home, most of us are exhausted. And yet, for the parents, they are busy taking care of the kids; providing dinner, helping with homework, and more. And for the single or those in a relationship, there are other tasks that can keep them busy, too.
As such, many people find it hard to do a meditation that is more than an hour.
The good thing is that they recognize the fact that they would like to meditate. Meditation helps to relieve stress, brings peace of mind, and increases well being and good health.
But, more than an hour of meditation can be too long for some.
This is why I created this shorter version of the Flowing Love Meditation. It is with 30 minutes silent meditation. And as such, it is at least half the length of the previous 1 hour meditation.

Final Thoughts – Flowing Love Meditation with 30 Minutes Silent Meditation
Even with this Flowing Love Meditation with 30 Minutes Silent Meditation practice, you can still feel and enjoy the powerful healing energies of this meditation.
As mentioned above, I understand that, for some people, even 30 minutes is too long. Such is the busy and hectic lifestyle many people have today.
And, some of you prefer to do a quick healing session using this meditation. Like maybe you are on the train, or waiting at a queue somewhere. A quick healing session will be most useful, right?
So, I will be creating shorter versions of this meditation. Keep a look out for the future blog posts.
