Healing with Forgiveness Meditation – Power of Forgiveness

It is not easy to forgive. Whether it is to forgive others, or even yourself. And even when you say or think you have forgiven someone, the question remains – have you done it at a deeper soul level?

The Healing with Forgiveness Meditation can help you achieve that. It is powerful and it works because of the Power of Forgiveness.

In today’s blog post, I will discuss with you about forgiveness, why we need to forgive or be forgiven. I will also mention a few Healing with Forgiveness Meditation blog posts and videos that I will be doing in the future.

What is Forgiveness?

Not an easy question to answer, isn’t it? Here’s what I think Forgiveness is.

Someone done something negative to you. It can be intentional or unintentional. This negative thing affected you in a bad way.

As a result, you feel hurt in some manner. And you have negative feelings towards the person.

Forgiveness is when you are ready to let go of these negative feelings. You are ready to accept what has happened, and move forward.

You are ready to heal.

Some points to note about healing with forgiveness:

  • It does not matter if the other party is ready for your forgiveness
  • It does not matter if the other party does not deserve your forgiveness
  • When you forgive, it does not belittle what has happened
  • When you forgive, it does not mean you forget what has happened
  • When you forgive, it does not mean you are condoning what the other person did to you
  • When you forgive, you are not obligated to reconcile with the other person
  • When you forgive, it does not release them from legal accountability (if any)

Why Do We Need To Forgive Or Be forgiven?

Mentally, forgiveness brings peace of mind. Emotionally, it lets go of deeply held negative feelings. And we feel a kind of mental freedom. We feel lighter.

Sometimes, when we hold on to negative feelings, it can manifest as physical pain or ailments. Some people have healed on all levels when they forgive others or be forgiven.

And don’t forget – everything is energy. Right down to the sub atomic levels, we are made of energies.

Besides our physical forms, we have energy bodies. When we forgive, and release negative energies, we clean these energy bodies. And that is a much deeper level of healing.

Most important of all, we are ready to move forward and onwards.

The Various Ways of Healing with Forgiveness Meditations

I must caution you. The forgiveness is done on a very deep level.

It is done on a cellular level. It is done on a subatomic level. It is done on a soul level.

This makes it very powerful.

Many people who tried this technique have found it powerful and helpful with healing themselves.

So, please do this only when you are ready to change your life, and to move forward.

If you are not, then I highly advise you to just read this and the related blog posts and videos for educational purposes (if you still feel you want to), and not practice the Healing with Forgiveness Meditation until later.

You do not need to forgive and heal one person at a time. You can actually do it in groups. If you have a group of people that you would like to forgive and heal from that experience, this meditation is ideal for you.

You can use the Healing with Forgiveness Meditation to heal any karma with those from your past lives. This is very powerful. When we forgive and heal those from out past lives, we heal our current life and future ones, too.

  1. This is such a positive post full of powerful information and guidance.
    The power of forgiveness is underestimated in modern times.

    Since a child I have always had a feeling of being an outsider and of feeling bad for “something” that I had done but of which I had no memory. As I grew and made mistakes and felt bad for things I had actually done wrong the new feelings of guilt piled up on top of the “something”

    Around 6 years ago I received a sign, At first I did not know what it meant but the sign led me to seeking assistance on a deeply spiritual level.

    I had past life regression and connected with past lives that I had lived, the experience changed my life. I discovered that the feelings of “something” Guilt had been with me for many hundreds of years, this guilt was released and in turn this helped me to forgive myself for errors I had made in this life.
    Now if I get hung up or stressed by everyday events I follow similar actions to your first video – When I do this all becomes clear and everything is put into true perspective.

  2. This is an important article we all need or will need at some time in our lives, I really could have used this information when my ex abandoned me many years ago. I blamed myself for not being good enough for the reason she left me, but as I researched I realized I was doing all the things I should have been doing and it was not my own fault she left which this was the turning point for me to finally forgive myself and move forward with my life once again

  3. Hello Tim,
    This is a very insightful post and funny enough it reminded me of an intriguing study I read that explained why animals are able to manage the trauma of pain caused by an accident better than human beings. It turns out that most animals don’t relieve the “memory of Pain” the way human beings do. For example, a dog and its human master can both be in a car accident and both sustain injury. Most of the time when the injury is healed that’s the end of the story for the dog. However, it’s human master may still relieve the memory of that pain even when physical healing is long over. The result is that he or she may now be afraid to drive. It’s only when he or she gets back into the car and faces their fear that they can get the confidence of driving again.

    I think forgiveness may work in a similar way. It’s only when we stop obsessing with how we were wronged or how we are not worthy that we can then move forward. Also, I think when we forgive we those who have wronged us we stop giving them the power to dictate our lives.

    1. Thanks Thabo for sharing your views. Very interesting. The example you gave that illustrated how humans and animals react to trauma is enlightening. I never knew that.

      Yet, at the same time, I do hear of stories where an animal can get traumatized enough to remain fearful of whatever that caused that trauma. For example, an abused animal may exhibit fear of humans. Why do you think this is so?

      At the same time, I do understand your point, and your explanation of how a dog and a human will behave after an accident. In cases like this, the techniques shared here will be most helpful. And I do hope as many people as possible read this article and watch the videos, and be healed.

  4. This information is very enlightening and I can see how it can really help us come to term with our inner self. Meditation has always intrigued me and I am learning so much from you and want to thank you for sharing this information. The question I have is even though you forgive someone or seek their forgiveness through meditation, what happens when you come in contact with that person again especially if there is hard feelings or pain that the other person has not been able to let go.

      You have asked a very good question. One that I have been asked often. From what I experienced and hear from others, usually after you do the Power of Forgiveness meditation, you will find that the other party will not be so negative towards you anymore. In fact, many people (including me) have found that the other party will not appear in our lives anymore.

      But what if they do? What if they appear and still have those hard feelings or give you attitude to show they are not able to let go?

      Well, this happens when the Universe is testing you. The Universe is asking – are you really ready to let go? Or have you really let go? Just a one more time test to see if this is what you really want. And if it what you desire, simply say thanks to the Universe for this situation. Then do the Power of Forgiveness one more time. And let go.

      Another point to note is that when the other party is refusing to let go, then it is the other party’s karma to deal with. On your part, you have indicated to the Universe what reality you wish to be in. The Universe will grant your wish.

  6. Forgive, forget and move on. It is easier said than done, isn’t it? Offering and accepting an apology may be easy but deep down there is resentment. I believe healing with the power of forgiveness will help but as you said it and I agree, it is not for those who are not ready. I know I am not. But then, I do enjoy reading this. At least, I know now how it is done. Just a matter of readiness.
