Since a young boy, I have been practicing meditation. Initially, I did it for the spiritual aspects of my life in this world. I still do it for the spiritual connections and insights. And I have since learned that it can be used for manifestation. Today, in this article, I would like to share with you How to Manifest with Meditation?

There are many ways to manifest. And many tools to help us to manifest. Meditation is one of my favorite. I find it so powerful. It is no wonder I read on the Internet that many of the famous and successful people like Oprah Winfrey, Katy Perry, Madonna, Sir Paul McCartney, and many CEOs practice it, too.

When I meditate, I enter a world of immense peace. And from that stillness, I gain insights. These can be spiritual and emotional insights as well as those for the physical world we live in.

These insights helped me to succeed in this world. Also, the insights and intuition I gained helped me manifest my heart’s desires into this physical realm.


What is Meditation?

Before I go on about how you can manifest things into you life with meditation, let me explain a little about what is meditation.

It is a practice where you focus on a single thought. It can be a mantra or your breath. As you focus on that thought, you clear other thoughts that randomly appear in your mind.

When you finally are able to ignore all the other thoughts that appear randomly, and just focus on that one thought, you get into a deep state of meditation. In this state, you enjoy peace and bliss.

During this state of peace and bliss, you will soon have insights. Things begin to be clear for you. And this is very helpful and powerful for you.

Meditation also has many health benefits, such as:

  • Reducing stress
  • Reducing pain
  • Reducing insomnia
  • Stimulating creativity
  • Most importantly, it builds a state of mind that is more positive

Why Meditation Works For Manifestation?

You Gain Focus with Mindfulness

I have found that meditation helped me to have better focus. As I meditate and focus on one thought, my mind learns how to not be easily distracted.

This is a good thing to learn and have because distractions can derail our efforts to manifest.

With more meditation practice, I learn mindfulness. This is a state where my mind is super focused on one thought or activity. And this is very useful for manifesting.

The law of attraction requires us to focus on one thought, one goal we wish to have in our lives. When you can focus on this thought for at least 17 seconds, there is a higher chance of that goal being manifested. A longer period of focus raises that probability.

So, when you are able to sit, meditate and focus on that one goal, you are co-creating with the Universe in a very powerful way.

You Visualize Clearer and Better

Manifestation works better when you can visualize the outcome. I found this to be true.

One of the insights I have gained during meditation is that the Universe understands feelings and images. So, when you communicate your manifestation goal through images and feelings, the Universe gets a clearer picture of what you wish to have.

As you meditate, you clear random and negative thoughts. You focus on your heart’s desire. Then you imagine your life as it would be when you have that which you have manifested.

We Are Energy

As you communicate with the Universe, the Universe begins to speak with you. Yes! The Universe actually communicates back!

It can come to you as an inner voice, an intuition, or even a sign from the Universe. This can become a creative idea or an epiphany.

You must not ignore the messages from the Universe. Take note. And take action!

You Clear Energy Blocks

I did find that at the early phase of meditation, I would get insights and messages about myself. Some I may have known but ignored. Some may be things about myself that I was not aware of.

For example, one insight I had was that when I was a young boy, I was in a situation where a rich person used his wealth to abuse those around him. At that time, I told myself that I would never be rich. I was young and naive.

With the insight I gained from meditation decades later, I learned that it was not the wealth that was bad. And I had unintentionally sent a message of manifestation to the Universe that I did not desire to be rich.

I had forgotten this event, and the insight helped me to remember. It was like the Universe reminded me that I said those words.

Quickly, I corrected the desire. I had since affirmed with the Universe that money is good, and I desire to be wealthy.

I also did the Forgiveness Meditation. This is a powerful meditation to release any energy blocks that hinder our manifestations. I did the Forgive Myself Meditation. I highly recommend doing these forgiveness meditations to clear any energy blocks.

You Think Positive Thoughts

As you clear the energy blocks, and negative thoughts, you begin to calm your mind. You reach a state of peace and bliss. And you feel good.

The Law of Attraction states that your energy and vibration attracts things that have the same energy and vibration. As such, as you feel good, you attract all good things.

As a result, the good thing you wish to manifest into your life is attracted to you. And it will appear in your life.

You Become Aligned with the Universe

All the work you have done with meditation will help you feel good more often. You will feel happier and healthier. And in this constant state, you begin to be aligned with the Universe.

Being aligned with the Universe is ideal. The alignment puts you in the state of flow more easily. And as such, over time, what you wish to manifest comes easier and easier.


How To Manifest with Meditation?

Be Clear On What You Wish to Manifest

Before you start to meditate, choose a thing you desire to manifest into your life. Structure a sentence to communicate to the Universe that this is what you desire to have.

I use affirmations as my goals. I focus and repeat the affirmation during my meditation. If you need help with finding an affirmation, follow the link below.

Visualize with Feeling

When you meditate with the affirmation or a specific goal in your own words, visualize what it would look like to already have the thing you desire manifested.

You can use photos to help you or you can imagine it your mind. For imagination visualization, think about the following:

  • What is the scene you see when you have your heart’s desire manifested?
  • Where are you?
  • What are you wearing?
  • Who are the people with you or around you?
  • What are you and the people doing?

Be as detailed as possible. You can even make it like a scene in a movie. This time, it is the movie of your life.

One important thing to note is that as you visualize, do it with feeling. As you go about in that scene, how are you feeling? As you interact with things and people in the scene, how are you feeling? Now, that your heart’s desire has been manifested, how are you feeling?

Once you have the above two steps done, you are ready to meditate. Here is a simple Breath Meditation to help you learn how to meditate.

Remember to do the above two steps first before you begin the meditation. Follow the steps in the video to go into the meditative state.

Then after the guided meditation, continue meditating in silence. Focus on your manifestation goal. And visualize with feelings.

  2. What a lovely post! I am super into the law of attraction and your advice is very timely. So often I get caught up in my own head, and over analyse things so it was really nice to just have the law of attraction principles simplified, especially with how it relates to meditation.

    Quick question- I really struggle to visualise. I’m a dancer and if what I’m thinking about visualising is job related I often won’t know specifics, like where or what. Any advice how I go about that?

      Regarding your question – Do not be concerned about the where, what, and how. Visualize being at the job. See the setting as you like it to be. See the people who are there with you. Feel the entire experience.

      At the same time, know that the Universe knows what is best for you. So, do not hold on to the exact details too much. Just let go and trust the Universe to give you what is best, and for your highest good. Keep communicating to the Universe via feelings, frequencies and vibrations. The visualization is just a tool to do that.

    Love your post. Meditation is something I have always wanted to do, but I never had the courage to learn about it. I have a few friends who meditate and have been encouraging me to do too.

Believe it or not, every thought can have tremendous affects on our life be it positive thought or negative thought, not just in meditation but our thought when we are performing our daily routinity as such as working, driving etc can affect as well and it is our own responsibility to direct thought so we can achieve what we want to manifest.
