Hi Everyone. Inner peace is not easy to achieve, isn’t it? I know that, too.

I, too, have had my share of difficulty at finding inner peace. Today, I look back at a time when I found it. And it is with constant meditation practice.

Hello again, dear Family,

Be at Peace.

Be Calm and feel the Peace, Love and Joy when trusting the Spirit.

On Monday, 1 Feb 99, I was on my way to my friend’s home. There was so much energy around. I felt such Peace and Calm.

As I made my way to the train station, I ‘spoke’ with the trees, Mother Earth and all Life around me. So much Joy and Love.

I walked along the platform of the train station and rested against the railings gently. Suddenly, this woman walked to me and stood right before me.

She practically yelled at me, “WHY ARE YOU SO HAPPY??!! HOW COME YOU ARE SO HAPPY???!!! I DON’T UNDERSTAND!!!”

She glared at me.

And all this while, the Peace, Love and Joy in me stayed. I remained smiling and shining at her. She glared and turned away quickly. With her friend by her side, she made a hasty exit out of the train station.

Have you been rushing around trying to meet deadlines?

Are you feeling pressured because you feel that there is so much to do but only one of you to handle it all?

Do you rush to work and through breakfast?

Please … my Brothers and Sisters of Light.

Be Calm.

Be at Peace.

Be Loved.

Trust the Spirit. If you are late for an appointment, there is a reason why it is so. You planned it with the Spirit and your True Self.

Just like I may think I will be late for the Meditation Lesson I have tonite.

It is nearly 7pm. The Lesson begins at 8pm. It takes me more than an hour to be at the place for the class.

But that is only my ego-self, the Intellect part of me, talking.

My True Self knows that I will be on time. My True Self knows that not only will I be on time, I will have an enjoyable time learning more about Meditation.
